Using branding provided by Dear Pilates, create a custom, mobile-responsive website that allows clients to understand business offerings, book Pilates classes, purchase studio memberships and packages, shop, and subscribe to email marketing.

Partner with third-party vendor, Wellness Living, to integrate studio software into the website for a seamless client experience.
Create an app splash page and icons, and set up the color scheme for Dear Pilates’ branded mobile App, developed by Wellness Living.

I outlined website goals with the stakeholders — the studio owner and our Wellness Living onboarding specialist. I analyzed competitors' websites to understand navigation practices within the Pilates industry. I also created a Home Page mockup in Illustrator, using provided brand materials.

Next, I built the site structure within Squarespace, adding client-provided copy, brand images, logos, and icons.

I met weekly with the client and Wellness Living contact to develop the studio software, which was integrated into the website in several ways:

Lead Capture widget, which collected contact info for people interested in email communications, located in the newsletter section of the Home page.

Schedule widget used on the Booking page

Private Session widget used on the Booking Page

Shop page takes users directly to the Store on the Wellness Living system

Pricing page lists the membership and packages that link directly to the Wellness Living system

Sign up/Sign in button takes users to the client portal login

Footer icons and Get the App page link to app downloads in the Google Play and Apple App Stores

Ensure the color palette passes accessibility standards when setting up the styles and interactions for the website to meet ADA Title III compliance for those with visual disabilities.

Create a streamlined user journey that clearly communicates everything a potential new client needs to become a Dear Pilates community member.
